No Response for overcharge and No acess to VPN from Vbuzzer

I purchased a VPN connection advertised at 20 dollars for 12 months with a 10% discount and when I nchecked out the amount to be charged was 216 dollars but my credit card was charged for 324 usd. I have wrten to Vbuzzer demanding an explanation but no one has come back to me. To make it worse I can not access the VPN, it says wrong password. When I log in I found that they have given me service called Contract India( C1VO1230IN). I do not know what this is. First Iam not Indian, Iam an African and do not even phone India nor have interest in India. Iam not interested in phoning but VPN. Can someone from Vbuzzer tell me what is hapening?
