Hi there,
I just got signed up for the 50$ Toronto local calling,I'm using Linksys PAP2 VOIP box and have all the settings based on your website walkthrough.
I can receive inbound calls but I can't make any outbound, it will dail and I receive the first dail beat but then I get a message saying "the number you dial
is not in service". and it will hang-up.
what should I do to get this going.

Hi there
OK, that is so stupid but I found out that I should be dialing 1 before the number.
Is there any way I can remove the 1 so I just dial just the area code and the number ?
